Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy for people with Parkinson’s Disease

• LSVT BIG! Program, Package of Evaluation (1.5-2 hours) + 16 visits (1 hour each) $3,400 with discount $2,000

Wellness Visits

Visits that do not treat a pathology, injury, or disability - vists are similar to personal training

• Initial Wellness Visit (1 - 1.5 hours) $175

  • Service area (click here); no travel charge

  • Outside service, if schedule allows, within 15 miles, + travel charge*

  • Each additional client up to three clients (allow an additional 30 min each) + $75 each per additional client

Telehealth Visits

Only for patients residing in the state of Georgia

Special rates for the Corona Virus Pandemic

• Telehealth Evaluation (45 min - 1 hour) $125.00

  • Ideal for speech therapy or chronic pain conditions. Balance or dizziness patients not appropriate.

  • Patient must call within the state of Georgia.

  • Patient must have access to a smart phone or computer and internet.

• Telehealth Routine Visit (25 - 35 minutes) $75 with discount $55.00
